How do I make a return?
No worries! returns are simple. Email us to receive a return label. You have 14 days to return your order, and the return shipping fee is usually 59 SEK.

When will I get my refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

How do I make a complaint about my order?
If your order or item differs from the description, is defect or if you're in any other way unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at swc@joannaswica.se and include any information and images to help us handle your complaint. 

In case of a dispute, our policy is to follow Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden's recommendations.
